Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between
Sarah Lee Wind – Indelible Memories and customers via
www.yourindeliblememories.com.

2. Services

Creation of individual videos from provided photos. Delivery is digital (download link/email). Communication via WhatsApp is optional.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros (€). Delivery takes place after receipt of payment.

4. Delivery

Finished videos are created within 3–7 business days and delivered digitally.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights

Videos may be used for private purposes only. Commercial use or publication requires explicit consent.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal (§ 11 FAGG).
The right of withdrawal expires for digital content once execution has begun and you have agreed that the withdrawal period ends.

7. Liability

Liability exists only in cases of intent or gross negligence. No liability for content or photos provided by the customer.

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Grafendorf bei Hartberg.

Right of Withdrawal Information

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

Withdrawal period:
14 days from the conclusion of the contract.
